CONTENT I NEED WARNINGS FOR, AND WON'T PLAY: Gore/vore/bathroom horror (nothing involving those kind of bodily fluids). Flippant discussion and glorifying of alcoholism, drug abuse, prejudice and/or discrimination/racism or other personal topics like that are not something I'm comfortable with playing out in game without a lot of plotting and discussion first. If it crosses a line, I'll let you know and I hope you will do the same. Also please no
visuals of spiders or anything with a lot of mucus/slime.
OOC Content Warnings: Sarona's backstory can involve issues related to child abuse/neglect, self-destructive behavior, sibling abuse, pediatric medical complications, survivalist self-harm/amputation, death of parental/family figures, and other forms of personal trauma. If you would like to avoid me discussing any of this please let me know in the Warnings section.
[IC]Basics: Saeri is tall for a teen girl at 6’1”. She’s got a slender, but curvy, athletic build to go along with that height. Think Lisa Leslie and other similar basketball players. She has olive green eyes and thick, curly dark blue hair that she keeps meticulously maintained whether natural or straightened and curled. Sometimes she pulls it up but usually she leaves it out, just pinned back away from her face. She has dark brown skin with warm undertone to it. Sarona walks and sits with straight posture. She walks tall with purpose and carries herself like she always knows where she’s going. She has seven tattoos, four of which are more visible, the long one on her right arm (with a long scar running through it), the two on opposite sides of her breastbone, and the one on the palm of her hand (now onto the palm of her prosthetic left hand). Three other ones are on various parts of her body.
17 y/o lesbian who can be pushy, demanding, and a bit entitled, overly helpful, but also is hiding a lot of insecurity under all that bravado and confidence. Comes across as older than she is. 15-21 for any shipping please.
Abilities: Sarona is a prodigy Runist which means she performs magic through written word/runes called Inscriptions. Tattoos on her body on permanent runes that have magical abilities from maintaining her health, boosting her speed, allowing her to manipulate and warp metal into anything she wants, be temporarily invincible, and protect her from corruption from other worldly dark energy. She's also great at making golems and has four years of martial arts training.
Medical: Sarona has some serious medical conditions she was born with and others she developed because of those and the various surgeries she's had because of them. She has a compromised immune system, a heart condition, asthma, and very poor eyesight. She has a health rune that maintains her immune system, prevents her from getting infections the way she did when she was younger, and helps with her heart and asthma. She wears glasses for her eyesight. She also had her left arm amputated below the elbow and now wears a prosthetic she fashioned herself.
Offensive Topics: Sarona would be easily offended by people with privilege who coast and don't seek to try to help those around them. She also can become easily worked up by discrimation, racism, flagrantly abusive behavior/relationships... Also violence against animals and kids. Abusive family dynamics will upset her, but more than likely it makes her want to fight someone.
Hugging this character: Yes! She might be a little stiff at first, since she's not used to it, but go right ahead if you want.
Kissing this character: Ladies only please! Guys can try, but she's just as likely to punch them in the face for it. So if you don't mind that, go ahead?
Flirting with this character: Sure! Guys will likely be laughed out, ignored, or punched, but girls will likely get a much more favorable reaction as long as they aren't people she already dislikes.
Initiating sexual contact with this character: She's 17, but mature for her age and looks older than she is. She might flirt with some older characters, but won't try to do anything about it. If someone over 21 tried to do something, she'd reject it. If you're cool with that, then go ahead.
Fighting with this character: Yes! Just let us talk about it first so we both know what we're expecting.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I'm okay with her being injured, just talk to me about it first. Case by case basis.
Killing this character: No thank you.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go right ahead! As of right now, Sarona does not have any Inscription tattoos to protect her from mind-reading or telepathy so have at it (within reason). If she figures out it's happening, that tattoo may come about faster though.
Obsidian Shard: The obsidian shard (a shard of the heart of an immensely powerful supernatural eldritch type monster), is anti-magic, anti-psychic energy, and has a bad habit of not only disrupting these things, but potentially infecting and corrupting users of them with dark energy. If you would like to avoid any potential contact with this thing, just let me know. Transfusion Transference: Anyone Sarona gives a blood transfusion to will gain a psychic link with her in which all physical and emotional pain they feel will be transferred to her instead. She will bear their suffering for them for days or an entire week depending on just how much blood was transfused, but this is only with player permission. If you would rather this not be the case, we can either say that the other character's blood prevented this or avoid any transfusions between them. This is an opt-in only effect.
Warnings: If you're ever not sure, just asking me is cool. My timezone is EST but I'm busy often until 6pm M-F and Saturdays every so often for RL stuff.
